NOAA’s Global Systems Laboratory (GSL) and Telops Inc. will work together on a joint venture to integrate the Tropospheric Remotely Observed Profiling via Optimal Estimation (TROPoe) into the Telops’s Atmospheric Sounder Spectrometer by Infrared Spectral Technology (ASSIST) operating software.
