Expanding and Improving Commercial Sablefish Aquaculture

Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) within NOAA Fisheries will work with Black Cod Genetics to support their sablefish program aimed at expanding and improving commercial sablefish aquaculture. The parties will collaborate to produce a higher quality of sablefish which aligns with NOAA’s Aquaculture Strategic Plan to expand the commercial sablefish industry.
