Develop a prototype Data Collection System transmitter for inclusion on small satellites that can interface with NOAA’s Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellites and EUMETSAT’s Meteosat system. This technology will support the NESDIS mission of gathering data to monitor and understand our dynamic planet.
