Establishing Harmful Algal Identification and Toxin Analysis Detection Capabilities in Southcentral Alaska in Cooperation with Local Communities

Identify toxicity levels resulting from harmful algae blooms in shellfish within Southcentral Alaskan tribal communities. Partners will also improve NOAA’s toxin analysis capabilities and identify gaps in knowledge and areas of technological need.
